Be who you say you are

One person, one account, under your own name and your own photo. No fake identities, no shared or borrowed accounts, and no letting someone else drive under your driver account. Every driver passes an identity check against an official document before they can post a trip; passing that check for somebody else is the most serious thing you can do here, and it ends the account permanently.

Agree the price up front

The contribution shown when a seat is requested is the price. No renegotiating mid-trip, no surprise fees, no asking for more because the traffic was bad. Kwiker takes no commission and holds no money — the cash goes straight to the driver — so the number both of you agreed to is the only number there is. Contributions must stay within the cost-sharing limit shown in the app.

Respect and safety

No harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual advances, intoxication, or unsafe driving. No comments about somebody's ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or sexuality. A passenger and a driver are strangers sharing a small space, and the standard is simply this: behave as you would with a colleague you have just met.

Keep the conversation inside Kwiker and pay only in cash, on the trip. If somebody pushes you to move to another app, to pay in advance, or to send money by transfer, stop and report them — it is the pattern behind most scams.

This is carpooling, not a taxi

Drivers share seats on journeys they were already making. You may not run Kwiker as a commercial taxi service, tout for fares, or drive routes you would not otherwise be driving. The cost-sharing model is what keeps you and your passengers on the right side of transport and insurance rules.

Reporting

Report from the app: open the profile, the conversation or the trip, choose Report, and tell us what happened. Keep the chat, the trip details and any screenshots.

Our team reviews reports; reports about physical safety go first. We do not promise a specific response time. We will not always be able to tell you the outcome — what we do about another person's account is their personal data.

You can also report on WhatsApp or email info@kwiker.app. In an emergency, call 112 first. We are not an emergency service and we do not watch trips in real time.

Blocking

You can block anyone, from their profile or from a conversation. Blocking works both ways: neither of you will see the other's trips, message the other, or be able to request or offer a seat to the other. We do not tell the person that you blocked them.

Two deliberate exceptions. If either of you has already been accepted onto a trip that has not yet finished, that booking stands and your conversation stays open until the trip ends — we will not leave anybody at the roadside, or without a way to reach their driver. And blocking does not hide a person's name, photo or rating, which every user can already see, and does not remove ratings either of you has already left.

Blocking is not the same as reporting. Blocking protects you; reporting tells us. If somebody broke these guidelines, do both — the block sheet offers to file the report for you. You can unblock at any time from Profile → Safety.

Consequences

Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before: a warning, loss of driver status, suspension, or permanent removal. We go straight to removal for violence or threats of it, sexual harassment, driving under the influence, identity fraud, and anything involving a minor.

If we remove you, you may not open a new account. We may keep an irreversible value derived from your phone, email and identity document so the same person cannot sign up again — see the Privacy Policy.
