Is Kwiker a taxi or ride-hailing service?

No. Kwiker is cash carpooling: everyday drivers offer seats on routes they are already taking, and passengers contribute an agreed amount toward the cost of the trip.

How is payment made?

The passenger pays the driver directly in cash. Kwiker does not hold the money, provide card escrow, or issue a transport receipt.

What does a verified badge mean?

It means the driver's identity was checked against an official document. It does not guarantee driving ability, insurance, vehicle condition, or personal safety.

Can I share my trip?

Yes. While a trip is active you can send a live link that shows where you are, and you can share your current location at any time. Both need location permission on your phone.

What is available today?

Ride sharing and cash carpooling, in Kosovo. That is the whole product today, and we will not describe anything else as available until it is.
